Marcos Naddeo – President
Marcos Naddeo is the President of SMG Miami. He helps great brands become recognizable, clearly-defined cultural touchstones, with a highly collaborative, creative, people-first approach.
Marcos has experience managing top brands and contributing to extensive business growth for multiple companies along his trajectory.
Throughout his career, he led a wide variety of projects/campaigns with major F500 clients, such as: Meta, Disney, Unilever, Avon, Unicef, Exxon Mobil, Samsung, Moet Hennessy and PepsiCo. Excels at building and leading high-performing teams bringing a multi-cultural vision, growing revenue, and improving efficiency. Strong interpersonal communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse groups.
Marcos holds degrees in Business Administration and Marketing with honors from the Catholic University of Buenos Aires.
